Development and Production of Phase II National Sher Sultan Media Campaign. DAI/SHAHAR – USAID

Hawk Vision was awarded a contract by DAI/SHAHAR for undertaking of Sher Sultan media campaign that aimed at green and clean city. The assignment was carried out in close coordination with DAI/SHAHAR and 14 of SHAHAR Municipal Implementing Partners that benefited approximately 1.2 million target beneficiaries. Throughout the time duration of the assignment, Hawk Vision’s media team performed the following activities.

• Production and Provision of four new animated episodes for phase 2

• Provision of 4 initial animated episodes (using the same creative concept developed for phase 1) all were between 1.5 and 2.0 minutes in length.

• Broadcasting of Original 4 animated episodes from Phase 1 and the new animated episodes for Phase2.

• Mobile Theater Events Mobile theater troupes performed three 25- minute interactive comedic shows in each of SHAHAR’s 14 partner municipalities (a total of 42 mobile theater events).

• Coloring Book Production and printing of 100,000 copies of a 12-page coloring book that underscores the messages of the Shir Sultan animated videos and for distribution at primary schools.
