With the subsidization and assistance of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), Hawk Vision organized “Graduate Management Trainings Program Phase II for the Ministry of Mines and Petroleum (MoMP) Staff”. The training project was intended to promote the competency and potential of the MoMP staff in various management areas including Organizational Communication Skills, Technical Report Writing, Operational plan Development, Leadership, Technical and Financial Proposal Plan Development and Evaluation.

The training project started on October 15, 2017 and ended on June 30, 2018. The total number of participants involved in the trainings was 315. These participants were selected from the staff members of Human Resource (HR), Finance, Audit, Inspection, Communication, Policy Development, Cadaster, Procurement and Information and Technology (IT) departments.

Upon completion of the trainings, participants became quite competent to know about typical organizations’ management and leadership architectures, influence and lead a team, set effective goals, reward and celebrate accomplishments with colleagues and team members, structure standard reports, differentiate types of reports, communicate directly or indirectly, draft effective and official messages and e-mails, write effective proposal, proposal budget, proposal evaluation and develop RFP (Request for Proposal), define planning and its importance in an organization management, know steps in developing a successful and realistic (implementable) plan, use documentation to support their decision making procedures and so forth.
