Ministry of Higher Education

This meeting took place on 20/02/2017 to review the drafted IT policy in the presence of technical IT team of Ministry of Higher Education, Policy and Information System director, Technology Advisor of USWDP, and technical IT team of Hawk Vision. Furthermore, yesterday the IT team of Hawk vision succeeded to install 10 pcs of Ministry of Higher Education computer Lab for testing; in addition, 1548 software including windows 10,Ms office 2016, Anti-Virus for both windows and servers were handed over to the IT team of Ministry of Higher Education.

After the Effective Report Writing and Project Management training, Hawk Vision arranged a practical follow-up session in which the participants were realistically evaluated on what they have acquired from the above mentioned training via modern training strategies and interactive learning. In fact, the participants were found quite brilliant in all aspects. The practical follow-up session lasted 5 hours and Engr. Idrees Rasooly, the training expert, led the session.

Hawk Vision Consultancy Services trained 30 staff members of different organizations ( ACHU, GDEST, TAF, AREP, and AWRO) in Effective Report Writing under SEA-II project. Mr. Sajad, the Phd holder, was the leading trainer. Moreover, has has more than more than 18 years of experience in conducting trainings.

The training lasted in one week in which the participants were trained on various contexts the training i.e. planning and organizing a report, Report Format, report types, capitalization and punctuation aspects of a report, report writing tips, quality check of a report.

Strengthening Education in Afghanistan Project
Hawk Vision Consultancy Services in close collaboration with The Asia Foundation has been engaged in a five- month training project for the staff of AWRO, AREP, TAF, GDEST, and ACKU offices since October 09, 2016 that includes the following segments:

• Effective Report Writing
• Project Management
• Management
• Leadership
• Organizational Communications

The training program has been under the realistic supervision of Hawk Vision’s core management and well-experienced professional trainers. Four segments of this training program have been successfully accomplished so for. In addition, more than 30 participants have been holistically trained in various segments of this training program and all well-deserved participants have been provided certificates at the end of each training segment.

Weekly Meeting of UCMS Ministry of Higher Education Dated 02/09/2017
The meeting was held for implementing the policies for Information Technology via UCMS project

پروژه انکشاف زنبور داری
در ادامه ی پروگرام زنبورداری نوین اشتراک کنندگان برای کارهای عملی و بازدید از کارخانه بسته بندی عسل و آشنایی با تجهیزات صنعتی و پرورشی زنبور عسل از مکان های ذیل دیدن نمودند.
– بازدید از کارخانه ی بسته بندی عسل در ولایت زنجان
– بازدید از کارگاه موم آج صنعتی و بازدید از شرکتهای عرضه کننده لوازم زنبور داری
– بازدید از کارگاه کندو سازی مدرن
– بازدید از چهار نوع زنبورداری متفاوت – بومی- نیمه بومی- نیمه صنعتی و صنعتی.

همراهانی که در این بازدید اشتراکنندگان را همراهی کردند جناب آقایان حسن افشین نیک, حسین افشین نیک و آقای عطايیان که ترینران این پروژه، راهنما و استاد گروپ بودند.
و در پایان این پروژه از اشتراکنندگان تقدیر به عمل آمده و برایشان تصدیقنامه اهدأ گردید.

پروژه انکشاف زنبور داری
تدویر جلسات آموزشی (طرح و توسعه زنبور داری)توسط دفتر هاک ویژن در ولایت همدان کشور جمهوری اسلامی ایران.
دوره آموزشی 10 روزه تحت عنوان زنبورداری (Beekeeping)با اشتراک 22 تن از اشتراک کنندگان اعم از کارمندان وزارت زراعت، اعضای انجمن زنبورداران افغانستان و اعضای سکتورهای خصوصی از 17 ولایت افغانستان که از اکتوبر 2016 الی می 2016 در کشور ایران دایر گردید.

موضوعات مورد بحث در این ورکشاپ:
– تاریخچه پرورش زنبور عسل
– آشنایی و آموزش در رابطه با زنبورداری صنعتی و مدرن
– مدیریت زنبورستان در فصل های مختلف
– اصلاح نژاد زنبور عسل و آموزش در مورد بهره گیری از پتانشیلهای بلقوه ی نژاد های پرورشی جهان / کارنیکا و بوکفست
– محصولات زنبور عسل و صنایع جانبی
– پرورش ملکه زنبور عسل و تولید ژاله رویال بصورت صنعتی و تجاری
– بررسی تاثیرات سموم کشاورزی و آلودگی محیط زیست بر روی زندگی زنبور عسل و راه های پیشگیری از آن
– بیماریها و آفات زنبور عسل و راه های مبارزه با آن
– بازدید از کارخانه ی بسته بندی عسل و آشنایی با تمامی تجهیزات صنعتی و پرورشی زنبور عسل
– مدیریت کشاورزی و صنعتی و افزایش تولید از طریق گرده افشانی زنبوران عسل

اشتراک کتنندگان با ابراز امتنان از اساتید مجرب و دستاورد های مفید از سفر پر بار شان اظهار خرسندی نمودند.
