As a part of the assignment, Hawk Vision conducted the third Management Training for the literacy officers of Parwan and Panjshir provinces on January 13, 2019 in Kabul.

As a matter of fact, the main purpose of the Management Training is to reinforce skills of literacy officers’ so that the managerial functions assumed by literacy officers can be enriched effectively and have them get sensitized to undergo a change in their professional career and/or to reinforce attitudes in relation to supremacy of management and mastery of training delivery in foreseeing future.
